I think this model have a week cooling system which leaves the CPU with high temperature and fan at high speed most of the time. Now they requested an engineer visit to replace the motherboard again and i refused as it's not the solution. Then they replaced the motherboard, CPU, Fan, heat sink and new thermal paste and the issue still exists. First they applied a new thermal paste and that didn't make any difference. I am going to show these problems on one of 72 so exactly know the issues. They asked me to submit service request call and waiting onsite tec to come and fix these issues. I called Dell Australia and explained the issue. I was also doing some reading on the Dell sub-reddit and some are suggesting that the Core-m has a better ability to manage heat better. I was coming from "what can I upgrade to" rather than "I need tech support" kinda thing point of view so they have not offered much help except that they suggested that I should refer back to the sales person who got me this purchase in the first place.
